Payment Policy

Full payment is required upon scheduling an appointment. As a form of payment we accept all credit cards,including Zelle, Cash App and PayPal.

Virtual or In-Person Cancellations Policies

The policy below refers to how we handle cancellations.

If circumstances require you to cancel a virtual or in-person appointment

• Cancellations must be made at least 1 days (24 hours) in advance of your scheduled appointment.
• If a cancellation is made less than 6 hours prior to the appointment, you will be charged the full session fee.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Again, no refund will be issued if service is not canceled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment.

The client will not be refunded if the client arrives more than 15 min late to the scheduled appointment or does not show up for the scheduled appointment.

In the event that the Heard Therapy Center cancels the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, your appointment will be rescheduled for another time agreeable to all parties.

Do you take insurance?

Currently at this time we do not accept insurance, however we do offer affordable plans to help you regurdless of your budget.

How can I benefit of Heard-Therapy Services?

 Receiving counseling services offers both short-term and long-term benefits.You'll gain a nonjudgmental, perspective on challenges you're facing, such as managing symptoms of anxiety, depression, or anger. Counseling can also help you improve communication skills with those around you, including family and friends.

How much will a visit cost? 

Pricing at Heard can vary based on the current specials aimed at allowing others the chance at getting into affordable therapy. Our regular pricing ranges from $55 - $250.

How long will I have to attend?

Sessions vary for each person. Each session is personally tailored to what best fits your need.
